ARES HP
ARES HP is a heavy disc harrow with a hydraulically folding frame. Its high weight and wide spacing between the disc rows (up to 120 cm) allow for effective work in conditions of high organic matter.

- Transport lock
An automatic snap lock has been implemented in the aggregate when folding the machine, whilst opening has been integrated with the hydraulic system of the aggregate’s unfolding. During the unfolding attempt, the transport lock catches first rise, and then the unfolding process of the machine continues.
Greater stability and working comfort in the field
- Front wheels
When choosing a machine over 3.5 m working width, we should equip it with front support wheels. Thanks to their use, working at shallow depths at high speeds, we will not allow the machine to sway, obtaining more accurate terrain copying. - Hitch
We offer a replacement of the semi-mounted axle engaged on the tractor’s rods for a lower Hitch connection at additional cost. We propose two hitch eye diameters Hitch ø40 and ø50 mm
Alternating rolls - effective compaction and stable operation
- Alternative channel roll ø600 mm
The roll is constructed with C-shaped profiles, distinguished by a unique feature: the profiles fill with soil during operation, which protects the rings, extending their lifespan. The rings do not disturb the soil with a large area. The main contact area with the cultivated strip is the soil covering the rings, protecting the field from the formation of a surface compacted layer.
In the tandem version, the rings mesh and yield an even better soil crushing effect. The roll enables optimal field preparation for sowing and also performs excellently in mulching cultivation techniques. - Spiral roll ø600 mm
Recommended for heavy, wet, and stony soils. It is constructed with rings that compact the soil by cutting the formed clumps and pressing them into the ground, achieving a strip compaction effect. - Spiral-alternating roll ø600 mm
Additional distribute the pressure on the soil of the respective mass of aggregate. Such rolls do not have scrapers, and their advantage is the mutual cleaning of the rings. An additional benefit of using alternating rolls in aggregates equipped with a transport undercarriage is preventing machines from resonating or vibrating.
