ARES XL
The disc harrow ARES XL Modular design and the number of options for an additional charge allow you to adapt ARES XL for work in any farm. The range of models starts at 3 m and ends with a machine width of 12 m.

- Disc ploughs from the union
Made from high-quality Swedish boron steel SSAB. The unique production process guarantees high durability, each disc is individually hardened
in the quenching process. The discs are uniformly hardened and have exactly the same shape. All this translates into high durability in field conditions. - Maintenance-free hubs
Combine high durability, required during field work and compact design, which does not hinder soil flow. They are attached to the bar with a single screw. Locking holes ensure a durable connection and facilitate maintenance work. The hub nut is protected by a ring. - Disc mounting system
One bar supports one disc, which facilitates the penetration of the ploughs into the soil, maintaining working depth and terrain copying. The bar’s profile corresponds to the shape of the disc and is made of HARDOX steel. - Rubber dampers
The triangular shape maintains a larger surface contact area with the beam and the disc mounting. The ploughs maintain the same depth and the vibrating working elements do not transfer vibrations to the machine. The mixture used is characterized by high quality and retains its properties regardless of the temperature at which the work is performed.
Effective leveling and strip soil compaction
- Spring harrow
In front of the finishing roller, and behind the second row of discs, there is a row of spring harrows with point height adjustment and three-stage attack angle setting of the springs. - Drive system
The roller compacts the soil in strips corresponding to the width of the tires. Due to the use of agricultural tread tires, there is no clogging problem, so it can be successfully used on all types of soils. The wheels are mounted in pairs, which greatly facilitates any repairs.
Finishing rollers adapted to any type of soil
- Tubular roller
Best for compacting light and medium soils, but its low weight does not guarantee adequate compaction of heavy soils.
Consolidates to a shallow depth, the surface layer.
Its greatest advantage is the large contact surface with the soil, which prevents excessive penetration and maintains the set depth on light soils. - Packer roller

The ridge roller works best on heavy and cohesive soils. The construction with V-shaped rings breaks the soil clods excellently. The roller acts in strips on deeper soil layers.

U-shaped rings fill with soil when working on clay ground, preventing a crust from forming on the surface of the field. On sandy ground, the large resistance surface of the channel allows to maintain the set working depth of the machine. The roller consolidates the soil in strips, at medium depth. It is standardly equipped with cleaning strips. - Frame roller
Has good crushing properties and retains a granular soil structure. It helps to distribute crop residues. It penetrates the soil depth-wise. Standardly equipped with strips preventing clogging. - Rubber roller
Consolidates the soil in strips, allowing for good uplifting of the soil at the location of the rubber rings. It works perfectly in combination with the seeder, seeds landing in the dip germinate quickly. Suitable for all soil types. It is standardly equipped with a scraper unit.
