ARES XM
The latest disc harrow from the ARES series is dedicated to efficient stubble cultivation and preparing an optimal seedbed. Thanks to its modern design and a range of configurations, it meets the demands of modern and efficient cultivation. In addition to a hydraulic harrow and support wheels, it can also be equipped with a straw rake and a knife roller.

Durable and precise construction of the working section
- Disc shapes united
Made from high-quality Swedish boron steel SSAB. The unique manufacturing process guarantees high durability, each disc is individually tempered
during production. The shapes are evenly hardened and have exactly the same shape. All of this translates to high durability in field conditions. - Maintenance-free hubs
Combine high durability necessary for field work with a compact build that does not hinder soil flow. They are attached to the frame with one screw. The locking holes ensure a durable connection and facilitate service work. The hub nut is protected by a ring. - Disc mounting system
One frame holds one disc, making it easier for the shapes to plunge into the soil, maintain working depth, and follow the terrain. The profile of the frame corresponds to the shape of the disc and is made from HARDOX steel. - Rubber dampers
The triangular shape allows for greater contact area with the beam and disc mounting. The shapes maintain the same depth, and the vibrating, high-frequency working elements do not transfer vibrations to the machine. The mixture used is characterized by high quality and retains its parameters regardless of the temperature at which the work is performed.
Precise leveling of the soil and optimal distribution of harvest residues
- Hydraulically controlled leveling harrow
Works great in pre-sowing cultivation. Plates 150 mm wide
mounted on springs crush and pulverize larger soil clumps. Depth adjustment
is performed from the tractor cabin using hydraulic cylinders. - Straw rake
The equipment features two rows of flexible fingers that evenly distribute straw across the field surface. This has a huge impact on the development of subsequent crops. Large amounts of straw collected in one place decompose more slowly and create an ideal environment for pathogen development.
Effective crushing and incorporation of soil at every depth
- Channel roller
Has good crushing properties and retains the granular structure of the soil. Supports the decomposition of harvest residues. Densifies soil at depth. Standardly equipped with screens to prevent clogging. - Angle roller
“U” shaped rings during work on clayey ground fill with soil, preventing the formation of a crust on the field surface. On sandy substrate, the large resistive surface of the channel maintains the established working depth of the machine. The roller consolidates soil in strips at an average depth. It is standardly equipped with cleaning screens. - Kite (spiral) roller
The kite roller works best on heavy and compact soils. Its V-shaped ring design effectively crushes soil clumps. The roller acts in strips on deeper layers of soil. It is standardly equipped with screens to prevent clogging. - Pipe roller
Best for compacting light and medium soils, while its low weight does not guarantee adequate compaction on heavy soils. It consolidates at small depth, on the surface layer. Its greatest advantage is the large contact area with the soil, which prevents the machine from excessively sinking and maintains the required depth on light soils. - Knife roller with a diameter of 400 mm
Is designed to pre-shred harvest residues or other organic material found in the field. It works transversely to the direction of cultivation, complementing the work of the disc section.
