BOLKO

BOLKO is a single-row potato harvester, with the option to be equipped with a roll for harvesting onions or carrots. A compact, lightweight choice for small and medium farms. Compatible with tractors starting from 40 HP.

Universal layout of the harvester

  • Universal combine harvester, thanks to interchangeable digging rolls
    The first element of the digger is a copying roll that copies the shape and height of the ridges, determining the work of the blade. The picking width is 55 cm, while the maximum working depth of the blade is 25 cm.
  • As an option for the combine, you can order:
    – a roll for digging carrots
    – a sponge roll for harvesting onions from rows
  • Copying roll
    The work of the copying roll is adjusted with a screw, while the entire digger is lowered and raised hydraulically.
  • Blade
    Disc blades with a diameter of 570mm working on both sides of the roll cut the undermined ridge, limiting the amount of soil being picked up.
  • Disc blades and drawing rolls
    Three-section disc blade. It allows the digger to work up to 25 cm in depth.

Sieving and separation layout

  • Sieving of soil on the sieve is adjusted by:
    Changing the intensity of shaking the sieve – the lever adjusts the position of the elliptical shakers.
  • Sieve
    Rubber scrapers loosen the picked ridge and initially crush clods, while rubber shields limit the sliding of potatoes on the sieve, also helping in sieving the soil. The width of the sieve is 650mm, and the spacing of the rods is 44mm. The distance between the rods in covers is 23.5mm, while the distance between rods without covers is 28.5mm.
  • Simple separation system
    The combine is standardly equipped with a rod separator for green stems. The gap between the sieve rods and the separating roller should be 6 – 10 mm. A smaller gap is used for dried stems and small amounts of them.
    The gap between the gripping roller and the scraping bar should be minimal, with the roller not rubbing against the bar.
  • Scraper layout and sorting table
    The combine is standardly equipped with a swinging scraper (bar type). Mechanically adjustable via a crank, the bar slides potatoes onto the sorting table. Two rows of fingers of the scraper are height adjustable using a crank. The machine can optionally be equipped with a finger scraper – circulating, which directs potatoes from the cross conveyor to the sorting table. The rotation speed of the scraper is hydraulically adjustable. The cross conveyor removes small impurities to the field.

Sorting and unloading layout

  • Sorting table
    Platform for the operation of the combine, providing comfortable work for 2 people at the sorting table. Two gutters are mounted at the table: one for collecting clods of soil (clods), which return to the field, and the other for collecting stones, leading to a tank with a capacity of about 200kg
  • Disc sieve
    One roll of the disc sieve, which ultimately sieves fine material. The spacing of the disc sieve in factory settings is 31.5 mm. The spacing can be reduced to 26.5 mm.
  • Container for potatoes
    To avoid damage to the potatoes, the floor conveyor is equipped with rubber shields about 80cm long. The unloading height varies from 1350 to 2700mm. Unloading occurs when stationary, after starting the floor conveyor belt.
  • Combine with platform and bagging device

    BOLKO S and PYRA S – this is a version of the combine, in which instead of a tank for potatoes, we have a platform for bagged or palletized potatoes. A significant convenience is the bagging device installed on the last conveyor. The bagging device allows for direct loading of potatoes into bags, making the harvesting of early potatoes for the so-called “fresh market” a quick and uncomplicated task. The platform’s capacity is about 500kg.
