CROSS II

CROSS II is a new edition of the well-known three-beam tooth aggregate designed for simplified tillage. The machine is designed for effective soil cultivation at depths ranging from 5 to 30 cm, allowing for versatile applications — from stubble cultivation to deep loosening. Durable teeth with spring protection or shear pin ensure reliable operation even in the most challenging field conditions.

Efficient and flexible cultivation

  • Working depth range 5–30 cm
    The machine allows for soil loosening from very shallow to deep, depending on the farm’s needs.
  • Tungsten side undercutters
    Optional undercutters allow for full undercutting of stubble at a depth of 5–15 cm, promoting conservation tillage.
  • Possibility of deep application of fertilizer
    The new tooth with caps, in cooperation with the front tank USF, allows for simultaneous cultivation and deep application of fertilizers.

Durable and safe teeth

  • Spring protection or shear pin
    The machine can be equipped with teeth with a spring protection force of 600 kg, or a shear pin force of 920 kg — depending on field conditions.
  • DURUM chisels or welded
    Standard chisels are welded, and optionally you can choose a narrow version or one reinforced with sintered tungsten DURUM, which significantly extends their lifespan.
  • Forged tooth holder elements
    Forged tooth holders minimize the risk of cracks and deformation, ensuring high durability of the working unit.

  • Construction from high-quality HARDOX® steel
    Using HARDOX® increases the resistance of the entire machine to impact loads and intensive operation.
  • Section of the collecting harrow with 460 mm plates
    A row of plates with maintenance-free bearings and elastomeric protection levels the field surface and eliminates clogging.
  • Easy adjustment and locking
    The adjusting mechanism of the collecting harrow with a clear scale allows for comfortable setting of working depth, and the frame with the hydraulic lock ensures safe transport.
