ARES L
ARES L to the most compact disc aggregate in UNIA’s offer. Available in four widths with a rigid frame; 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4 meters. The short yet robust frame has been the hallmark of the ARES L disc aggregate for many years, and the appropriate machine weight allows it to work with tractors ranging from 70 HP. The 510/4 mm discs enable effective stubble cultivation. The option to equip it with a hydraulic coupling for the seed drill allows for the creation of tillage-seeding aggregates for smaller tractors.
Durability and precision in every working detail
- Disc blades from UNIA
Manufactured from high-quality Swedish boron steel from SSAB. The unique manufacturing process guarantees high durability; each disc is individually hardened
in the furnace. The blades are uniformly hardened and have exactly the same shape. All this translates into high durability in field conditions. - Maintenance-free hubs
Combine high durability needed during fieldwork with a compact design that doesn’t hinder soil flow. Attached to the beam with a single screw. The locking holes ensure a durable connection and facilitate maintenance work. The hub nut is protected by a ring. - Disc mounting system
One beam holds one disc, making it easier to penetrate the soil, maintain working depth, and follow the terrain. The beam profile corresponds to the shape of the disc and is made of HARDOX steel. - Rubber shock absorbers
The triangular shape allows for a larger contact area with the beam and disc attachment. The blades maintain the same depth, and high-frequency vibrating working elements do not transmit vibrations to the machine. The mixture used is characterized by high quality and maintains its parameters regardless of the temperature at which the work is performed.
Precise soil leveling with comfortable regulation
Hydraulically controlled leveling harrow (ARES L with chassis)
Works great in pre-sowing cultivation. Plates with a width of 150 mm
mounted on springs crush and break larger clumps of soil. The adjustment
of working depth is carried out from the tractor cab using hydraulic cylinders.
Precise leveling and finishing of the soil in every type of position
- Pipe roller
Best compacts light and medium soils, while its low weight does not guarantee adequate compaction of heavy soils. It consolidates to a shallow depth, the upper layer. Its greatest advantage is a large contact area with the soil, which prevents the machine from sinking excessively and maintains the set depth on light soils. - Canopy roller (spiral)
The canopy roller works best on heavy and cohesive soils. The construction with V-shaped rings effectively crushes soil clumps. The roller acts in a staggered manner on deeper soil layers. Standardly equipped with bars that prevent clogging. - Rubberized roller
Compacts soil in a staggered manner, causing good soil suction at the point of action of the rubber rings. Works perfectly in combination with a seeder; seeds placed in the depressions sprout quickly. Suitable for all types of soils. It is standardly equipped with a scrapers set.
