WAŁY TERIS L / LH
The suspended TERIS L and TERIS LH rollers are modern tools for compacting and leveling soil in various types of locations. With a wide selection of working rings – Cambridge, Cambridge F, or Crosskill – the machine can be precisely tailored to field conditions and the cultivation stage. Hydraulic folding and an integrated transport lock enhance operational safety and facilitate transporting the machine to the next field. The terrain copying system on the outer sections ensures uniform pressure and ideal adaptation to surface irregularities. TERIS L and LH is a proven solution that improves soil structure, promotes moisture retention, and supports quick, even plant emergence.
Types of working rings
- Cambridge
Cambridge rings consist of alternating smooth rings and toothed discs with sharp tips. They provide effective soil crushing, moisture retention, and improvement of its structure. - Cambridge F
Cambridge F rings have alternating wavy rings and toothed discs with smooth tips. They work perfectly after sowing, accelerate plant emergence, and additionally embed stones into the substrate. - Crosskill
Crosskill rings are aggressive, equipped with pin cones. They effectively crush and break up clumps of soil while mixing and compacting it.
Aligning and copying elements
- Front blade
The front harrow levels the soil surface before the finishing rollers. It is spring-loaded to prevent damage and has precise screw adjustment. - Hydraulic front harrow
The hydraulic harrow eliminates wheel tracks from the tractor and levels the soil surface before the roller sections. It facilitates field preparation for rolling. - Terrain copying
The pendulum system ensures precise terrain copying by each section of the rollers. It guarantees uniform pressure across the entire working width.
Safety and transport
- Transport lock
The integrated transport lock with the folding cylinders of the TERIS LH automatically secures the roller in the transport position. When unfolding, the latches rise first, increasing service safety.
