FENIX 1000/3 DRIVE

A sowing set with a universal seeding machine, volumetric FX for small and large seeds, equipped with a disc aggregate for all soil conditions. Its characteristic feature is a proven seed sowing system known from the FENIX series seeders and low power demand of only 100 HP!

Sets FENIX DRIVE include, among others, a large loading hopper with a capacity of 1000 dm3, a transport-compacting tire roller with a diameter of 670mm, and reinforced interchangeable ploughshares SHELL 300mm.

Precise system of sowing - full control

FX pneumatic system
It is a universal machine that enables the sowing of fine or coarse seeds without changing the sowing roller. Seeds are transported by air to the distributor located directly above the ploughshares. The fan is driven by a hydraulic motor powered by the tractor’s hydraulics. Independent hydraulics are also available as an option
Modern controllers
The standard controller PILOT SEED automatically counts passes, establishes technological paths, monitors performance, and signals possible errors
The optional SUPERIOR computer offers a touch screen with graphic functions and a USB port for data transfer
ISOBUS electric drive
The optional electric drive for the seeding machine controlled by the TOUCH 800 ISOBUS system allows for changing the dosage during operation, quick calibrations, and precise adjustment to field conditions

DRIVE System - low power demand

Tire roller
A large tire roller with a diameter of 670mm guarantees high stability during operation and transport of the machine, and ensures good compacting of the soil before sowing. The tire roller is located in the middle of the set, allowing the machine to have a small turning radius, which is essential on smaller areas. An important feature of the FENIX DRIVE set is very low power demand. The set weighs about 3 tons, and since it is towed on the tire roller, it requires a tractor with a power of 100 HP
Large loading hopper
A tank with a capacity of 1000 dm³ reduces the frequency of loadings and increases work efficiency – on one loading, about 4 ha of wheat can be sown at a rate of 200 kg/ha.

Effective cultivation and reliable ploughshares

AGRESSIVE 460 mm disc harrow
Two rows of discs cut and mix the soil across the full width, each disc mounted individually and secured with rubber dampers
Side deflectors protect against the ejection of soil outside the working width, and the harrow with interchangeable overlays additionally levels the field
SHELL double-disc ploughshares
Strong interchangeable ploughshares with two 300 mm discs self-clean during operation, a spacing of 12.5 cm, and a unit pressure of about 25 kg ensure even seed placement
The rear copy wheels 330×50 mm stabilize sowing depth and improve soil compaction
