FENIX 3000/4000 DUPLO

Very capacious and efficient tillage-seeding sets intended for large farms that value uniform and precise seeding across the full working width and want to save time by reducing downtimes for loading.

The FENIX seeder adapts to every type of seeds, from fine to coarse, with the ability to adjust the seeding rate from 1.5 to 400 kg/ha.

  • Perfect soil preparation
    Tillage discs (Ø 485 mm) effectively loosen the ground, providing ideal conditions for plant growth.
  • Easy transport in all conditions
    Wide transport wheels guarantee stability and mobility even on difficult terrain, ensuring user comfort.
  • Full automation and control
    The TOUCH 800 computer with ISOBUS allows intuitive control of all sowing machine functions, including quick calibration and dose adjustment during operation. This saves you time and ensures optimal sowing.

Front packer, drawbar

  • Densifies the soil between the tractor wheels, leveling the ground pressed by heavy tractors
  • Four wheels with a diameter of 800 mm, steerable (no need to lift at headlands)
  • Extendable drawbar – possibility to work with tractor on “twins”
  • “Swan neck” for leading and laying hydraulic and electrical lines

Tillage aggregate - disc

  • Parallel disc harrow – two rows of 485 mm discs

  • Hydraulic depth adjustment + catches (range from 0 to 12 cm)

Side deflectors adjustable

  • Side deflectors are an essential equipment for disc aggregates
  • The purpose of deflectors is to direct the soil thrown out by the edge discs back under the tillage discs or rubber wheels

  • Thanks to the deflectors, we shouldn’t see joints in the field between passes of the set (this is especially important in the case of seeding sets)

on actuators, catchers

  • All adjustments are made using hydraulic actuators
    and metal “catchers”
  • Settings
    and adjustments in manual mode, then operation in automatic mode (start and stop work with the push of one button on the controller)
