FENIX G Seeder is a modern solution designed with precision and efficient sowing in challenging soil conditions in mind. Its sturdy construction, advanced seed dosing technologies, and reliable drive systems guarantee high-quality performance and full control over the sowing process.
Precise sowing
The modern, universal FX sowing unit guarantees repeatable sowing in doses from 1.8 to 400 kg/ha. This unit is used for sowing both small and large seeds without the need to change sowing rollers. Easy adjustment and setting precision ensure hassle-free seed dosing. The unit features a quick emptying system for remaining seeds.
- Mechanical or electric drive
The sowing unit is powered by a standard equipment spur wheel, which precisely copies the terrain and transfers the drive to the unit. As an option, electrical drive can be used, in which case the seeder is controlled by a TOUCH 800 controller in the ISOBUS system.
- Manometer
The manometer shows the pressure value on the fan. For small seeds, it should be between 2-3 kPa, while for large seeds, the recommended pressure is over 4 kPa.
Flow control and even distribution of seeds
- Precise oil flow regulation
FENIX seeders are standardly equipped with an oil flow regulator, which allows us to smoothly adjust the amount of oil supplied to the hydraulic motor, and thus regulate the excess pressure that determines the pressure at which the seeds are transported to the distributor. This is particularly important when sowing small, lightweight seeds at shallow depth. - Efficient fan
The fan is driven by a hydraulic motor supplied by the tractor’s hydraulics. The oil requirement for the hydraulic motor is about 24 liters per minute. - Seed distributor
The head of the distributor is located inside the tank, which protects the mechanism and facilitates even dosing.
Sturdy construction and functional solutions
- Strong tines made of boron steel
A simple disc measuring 405x6mm made of hardened boron steel under a pressure of at least 90 kg cuts the grass while making way for the tine, which introduces the seeds to the required depth. The discs are mounted on individual holders and secured with rubber shock absorbers. The distance between the first and second row of tines is 60 cm. The self-lubricating bearings ensure long-lasting and trouble-free operation.
- Prismatic roller 450/500
The roller consists of cast rings of two diameters. The smaller ring with a diameter of 450mm closely adheres to the axle of the roller, while the larger ring with a diameter of 500mm moves along the inner side of the smaller ring, ensuring excellent cleaning of the outer surface. Thanks to this design, the roller does not stick even in high soil moisture, ensuring very good terrain copying. The cast rings effectively crumble clods and close the groove made by the tine.
- Weights
The seeder is standard equipped with weights of 420 kg, and additionally, optional weights of 300 kg can be installed.
- Road lighting
Advanced lighting and warning boards increase safety during transport on public roads.
