FS T Drive 1500/3
FS T DRIVE to pneumatic sowing cultivator designed for cultivation and sowing in traditional and simplified technology. Large seed tanks with a capacity of 1500 dm3 provide higher set efficiency. The DRIVE version is characterized by relatively low power requirements – from 100 HP. Special attention should be paid to the heavy V-TECH G coulter with a maximum pressure of P = 80 kg.
Full control over cultivation and sowing
- Mechanical front harrow
The front harrow smooths the soil directly before the cultivating discs. The mechanically adjustable harrow is particularly recommended for sowing directly after plowing - Cultivating aggregate
The pre-sowing cultivation is handled by a disc aggregate equipped with two rows of 460mm discs. The discs of the aggregate are protected by rubber dampers - Tyre roller
Behind the cultivating discs, there is a tyre roller with a diameter of 800mm. This roller serves two functions: it compacts the tilled soil in front of the sowing coulters and transports the machine - V-TECH G coulters
The strong V-TECH G coulters have two discs with a diameter of 350 mm and a copy wheel 300x50mm. The coulters are protected by rubber dampers. The maximum pressure of the individual coulters is approx. 80 kg per coulter - Key-pressed rake
The key-pressed rake mounted behind the coulters perfectly levels the soil after sowing
sowing and drive mechanisms
- Copying wheel
The drive of the sowing apparatus comes from the side copying wheel. The massive copying wheel accurately follows the terrain, transferring the drive regardless of soil conditions. The wheel is raised for transport and embedded to ensure a transport width of 3 meters - Sowing machines
FS sets have traditional peg sowing machines. The number of machines corresponds to the number of coulters. For sowing fine seeds, special overlays are used - Gearbox
The precise three-cam gearbox ensures accurate sowing of both fine and coarse seeds
Modern hydraulic solutions and convenience of work
- Fan drive
The fan is powered by a hydraulic motor, which requires 24 liters/minute of oil. The oil flow is regulated by a special flow regulator. The manometer shows us the oil pressure value - Hydraulic pump on the PTO
For cooperating tractors with a hydraulic pump output of less than 70 liters/minute, it is recommended to install an on-board (independent) hydraulics on the seeder. This system includes a hydraulic pump mounted on the tractor’s PTO, an oil tank, and an oil cooler - Cultivating discs
The discs of the cultivating aggregate are equipped with bolt-on hubs and maintenance-free bearings Practical details
Road lighting and warning signs ensure safe transport. The set also includes a tube for instructions – always at hand
