IBIS VARIO is the most advanced plough in the offer, distinguished by hydraulic width adjustment and smooth, adjustable working width in the range of 35-50 cm per body. It can be quickly adapted to changing field conditions. It also facilitates ploughing of irregularly shaped fields.

- Hydraulic adjustment of the first body
Equipping the plough with the actuator of the first body provides greater comfort and reduces adjustment time, correcting the position directly from the tractor cabin. Vario – variable width 35–50 cm for the frame deflection actuator and working width adjustment. - The actuator performs two tasks
The first is smooth adjustment of the working width ranging from 35 to 50 cm for all bodies simultaneously. This means we can set any working width in this range, for example, 42 cm – directly from the tractor cabin. The second function is cooperation with the rotation actuator – the integrated mechanism is responsible for the deflection of the frame. The operator, rotating the plough, uses only one lever – in the first cycle, the frame straightens, then a rotation is performed, and after it is completed, the bodies return to the previously set working width. - Leveling roller
XXL ploughs can be equipped, for an additional charge, with a leveling roller that compacts the soil directly after ploughing, integrating it with the plough. It is mounted at the front of the turner; it can be purchased together with the plough or later and bolted on. The roller is built of capped rings rotating on a common axis. Between the rings are mounted cleaning scrapers that improve granularity and soil compaction. Offered in widths of 2 and 2.5 meters.

- Body ZX
The body, with a length of 138 cm, designed for heavy ploughs, is made of hardened, coarse-grained boron steel. It allows full undercutting and turning of the furrow up to 55 cm working width with low ploughing resistance. - LONG body with a scraper
It performs excellently on all types of soils. The body construction and specially shaped share ensure effective covering of crop residues or spread manure. Optimal cutting angles of the share blade, shape, and proper positioning of the share wing minimize working resistance. It allows for laying a wide furrow under the wide wheels of modern tractors, preventing the furrow from being compacted. - Grid body – long rail with scraper
It performs well on very heavy, clayey, and compacted soils. The rail structure is characterized by very good soil crumbling while simultaneously reducing resistance encountered during work. Recommended for sticky soils that cling tightly to working components, e.g., share wings.
Adapted security to working conditions
- Fuse protection
Effective protection with a shear bolt. The special design of the bolt with two notches spaced apart guarantees quick action upon encountering an obstacle. Remember – use only original securing bolts. - Spring protection (version S)
Maintenance-free NON STOP protection based on spring blades enables effective tilting of the body and returning to the set working depth. Recommended for heavily stony soils with many obstacles in the field. The resistance force of the protection can be increased by adding additional blades to the particular plough model – for example, one can add a package of 2 reinforcing blades to the basic 5-blade protection, creating a 7-blade package recommended for average and moderately heavy soils. - Hydraulic protection (version H)
Maintenance-free solution enabling hydraulic adjustment of the force of action, adjusted to the conditions in the field – directly from the tractor cabin. After loosening the valve bolt, the system is filled with oil from the tractor, increasing pressure in the installation. The working pressure in the tank is 70 bar, and the adjustment range is from 80 to 140 bar. The system is recommended for mosaic soils, heavy, compacted, and difficult to cultivate.
