IBIS XXL
IBIS XXL is a very durable reversible plow for working on the heaviest soils. The frame has been additionally reinforced in areas subject to the highest loads during plowing. Designed for tractors with power ratings of 90-220 hp for medium and deep non-skid plowing. Equipped with LONG bodies characterized by low resistance during plowing, while providing accurate coverage of harvesting residues. Plows from the XXL series can be equipped with safety elements: shear bolt, spring (version S), or hydraulic (version H).

- Point Adjustment
If during work our soil conditions change, and a given width, e.g. becomes too large, we can change it by adjusting it pointily in three ranges of 36/43/50 cm on each body. The PLUS version means a width change within the range of 40/48/55 cm on each body. - Frame Tilt Actuator – Straightening Frame
Equipping with a frame tilt actuator provides several very important parameters: During rotation, it is integrated with the plow rotation actuator. Upon activating the hydraulic control lever in the tractor, the plow straightens the frame, the bodies turn over and the frame returns to the work setting position – when moving on public roads, we can straighten the frame, making transport more comfortable and safer, as the frame does not protrude beyond the tractor outline – relieving the turntable system – relieving the hydraulic system – facilitates plow setup in preparation for work. - Terra Conditioning Roller
XXL plows can be optionally equipped with a conditioning roller, compacting the soil immediately after the plowing is performed by integrating it with the plow. It is mounted in the front part of the turntable; the roller can be purchased directly with the plow or later and screwed on. It is built of cap rings rotating on a common axis. Between the rings, cleaning scrapers are mounted that improve granularity and soil compaction. Offered in widths of 2 and 2.5 meters.

- ZX Body with Scraper
A body 138 cm long designed for working at depths of 30 cm. Working elements made of hardened boron steel. Bodies allow complete undercutting and turning the furrow up to 50 cm working width. - LONG Body with Scraper
Perfectly works on all types of soils. The body construction and specially profiled discharge wing ensure perfect coverage of harvesting residues or spread manure. Optimal angles for cutting the share and the shape and appropriate position of the discharge wing minimize resistance during work. It allows for laying a wide furrow, which does not cause wheel compaction of the furrow by the tractor. - Open – List Body Long with Scraper
It performs well on very heavy, clayey, and compacted soils. The lattice structure is characterized by very good soil crumbling while simultaneously reducing the resistance encountered during work. Recommended for sticky soils, which strongly adhere to the working elements, e.g., the discharge wing.
Protection adapted to conditions
- Shear Bolt Protection
Effective protection with a shear bolt. The special design of the screw with two notches separated from each other guarantees speed of action upon encountering an obstacle. Remember to use only original safety bolts. - Spring Protection (version S)
Maintenance-free non-stop protection based on steel leaf springs, which enable effective tilting of the body and return to the specified working depth. Recommended for heavily stony soils with a lot of obstacles in the field. The resistance force of the protection can be increased by adding additional feathers to the given plow model, e.g., to the basic 5-blade protection, we can add an additional package of 2 reinforcing feathers, creating a 7-blade package recommended for medium and moderately heavy soils. - Hydraulic Protection (version H)
Maintenance-free solution allowing hydraulic adjustment of the increase of force depending on field conditions directly from the tractor. We unscrew the valve screw and fill the system with oil from the tractor, increasing pressure in the hydraulic system. The pressure in the tank is 70 bar. Pressure adjustment ranges from 80 to 140 bar. Recommended for mosaic soils, heavy, compacted, and difficult to cultivate soils.
