The MAX aggregate is designed for loosening and leveling the soil for sowing. Equipped with a terrain copying system on each section, it perfectly adapts to the substrate it works on.

Flexible configuration of teeth and effective loosening of soils

  • 4 types of working section teeth:
    – Tooth SV – 45×10 mm (standard)
    – Tooth SX – 45×260 mm (option)
    – Tooth SZ – 40x25x260 mm (option)
    – Tooth SE – 32×12 with an additional reinforcing spring and a heaping tooth (option)
  • Soil loosening devices
    Allow loosening of soil in areas compacted by tractor wheels. Possibility to install only after prior equipping with a transport chassis.

Soil seasoning adapted to conditions

  • String roller
    The rear double string roller consists of two string rollers, the first one with a diameter of 320 mm and the second 280 mm – (standard) The rollers are equipped, the first compacts the soil while the second breaks the clods of soil, leveling the surface.
  • Spiral roller
    The rear spiral roller with a diameter of 470 mm (domestic) – (option) Built with rings mounted on a common axis, between the rings are cleaning scrapers, responsible for a given depth and clodliness of the soil. Optionally, we can apply it to the MAX version instead of double string rollers (string-string).

Double rollers preparing

The MAX CC and MAX CS roller kits combine the strength of cast iron rings with precise leveling of the surface, ensuring intense compaction and crushing of the soil. Alternating and self-cleaning designs work excellently on heavy, cohesive, and stony soils, guaranteeing continuous operation and high-quality field preparation.

  • chassis with wheels 340/55-16 and a drawbar with a length of 2100 mm (H 4.5 × H 6)
  • chassis with wheels 480/45-17 and a drawbar with a length of 2100 mm (H 9)
  • set of soil loosening devices only for versions with chassis (H 4.5; H 6; H 9)
