MAX
The MAX tooth aggregate is designed for loosening and leveling soil for sowing. Equipped with a terrain copying system on each section, it adjusts perfectly to the substrate it works on.
Flexible configuration of teeth and effective loosening of traces
- 4 types of working tooth sections:
– Tooth SV – 45×10 mm (standard)
– Tooth SX – 45×260 mm (optional)
– Tooth SZ – 40x25x260 mm (optional)
– Tooth SE – 32×12 with an additional reinforcing spring and goose foot (optional) - Loosening traces
Allow the loosening of soil in areas compacted by tractor wheels. Possibility to install only after being equipped with a transport chassis.
Soil preparation adapted to conditions
- String roller
Rear double string roller with a construction consisting of two string rollers, the first with ø320, and the second 280 mm – (standard). The rollers are toothed; the first compacts the soil while the second breaks clods of earth, leveling the soil surface. - Spiral roller
Rear spiral roller ø470 mm (dome type) – (optional) Constructed of rings mounted on a common axle, with cleaning scrapers between the rings, responsible for the set depth of soil granularity. Optionally, we can use it for the MAX version instead of double string rollers (string-string).
Double rollers preparing
The MAX CC and MAX CS roller sets combine the strength of cast iron rings with precise leveling of surfaces, ensuring intense compaction and breaking of soil. Alternating and self-cleaning constructions work excellently on heavy, compact, and stony soils, guaranteeing continuity of work and high quality of field preparation.
Equipment for an additional fee
- front leveling bar (instead of string front shaft)
- SX tooth set with additional reinforcing spring and geese foot with a groove width of 260 mm
- SZ tooth set rigid tooth with screw protection and geese foot with a groove width of 260 mm
- SE tooth set with additional reinforcing spring and geese foot with a groove width of 175 mm
- spiral shaft ø470 mm (roof) - surcharge for string-string version
- chassis with wheels 340/55-16 and drawbar length 2100 mm (H 4.5 ÷ H 6)
- chassis with wheels 480/45-17 and drawbar length 2100 mm (H 9)
- set of track loosening devices only for the version with chassis (H 4.5; H 6; H 9)
- suspension axle ø60-825/ø36 mm (versions 3÷H 4)
- suspension axle ø70-825/ø36 mm (versions H 4.5÷H 9)
- set of warning signs with lighting
