FORMA

FORMA are two- or four-row hoppers with adjustable working width ranging from 70-75 cm. They create ridges with a large volume of soil, allowing room for large potato nests. The power requirement is 70 HP.

Flexible shaping of ridges

  • FORMA 2
    A two-row shaping hopper is designed to simultaneously shape two ridges in one pass. It allows for precise covering of potato rows and achieving ridges with a uniform shape.
  • FORMA 4
    A four-row shaping hopper allows for simultaneous shaping of four ridges, significantly increasing work efficiency. It ensures even distribution of soil and proper shaping of ridges over large agricultural areas.
     

Even loosening of inter-rows

  • Team of spring teeth
    In the first part of the machine, there are two rows of spring teeth made of high-quality hardened steel. They ensure proper loosening of the soil between the potato rows. Each tooth has individual mechanical depth adjustment.

Optimal embedding and shaping

  • Central filling body
    In the central part there is one row of the working section consisting of a filling body mounted on a subsoiler tooth ensuring proper depth of the blade and also proper distribution of soil on individual ridges. The opening of the filling bodies can be adjusted by changing the active length of the connectors.

Precise shaping of ridges

  • Shaping attachment
    At the rear of the machine is a two- or four-row assembly (depending on the version of the machine). It shapes ridges in a trapezoidal shape, slightly convex, with a furrow on the top. When shaping ridges after the emergence of potatoes, it is necessary to remove the shaping plates (including the furrowers)  

Optimal use of rainfall

  • Furrow on the ridge
    During rainfall or irrigation, water accumulates in the furrow and thus irrigates the plants.
