POLONEZ 550 PREMIUM

The mechanical seeder POLONEZ 550 PREMIUM is the top version of the POLONEZ. The seeder has been prepared to work in difficult conditions, thanks to the use of a strong SHELL coulter with a diameter of 350 mm and a pressure of 35 kg. The PREMIUM version is richly equipped with standard features including SHELL coulters with copy wheels, hydraulic pressure adjustment of the coulters, STARTER SEED controller, and LED lighting.

SHELL COULTER – PRECISION IN EVERY CONDITION

  • Interchangeable coulter “SHELL” ø350 mm
    Maximum pressure P = 35 kg/coulter!
    Compacting-copying wheel 330×50 mm
  • Copying wheel for SHELL coulter
    A massive copying wheel measuring 330x50mm is mounted on “forks,” which ensure proper guidance of the wheel behind the coulter. Precise copying of the terrain – uniform emergence even on mosaic soils. Simple adjustment of the wheel position using a pin
  • Heavy SHELL coulter
    The massive coulter ensures very good copying of the terrain because it is standardly equipped with a compacting-copying wheel. Proper pressure is achieved through a hydraulic cylinder and an individual spring
  • SHELL coulter hinge
    Traditional hinges ensure very good copying of the terrain. The strong hinge is secured with one powerful screw, which provides good retention of the coulter
  • Central hydraulic pressure
    The POLONEZ premium 550/3D is standardly equipped with a hydraulic cylinder that smoothly adjusts the central pressure force of the SHELL coulters. This is particularly important for mosaic, heavy soils with a lot of post-harvest residues

  • Infinitely variable gearbox
    The cast iron construction ensures precise sowing even of small seeds. A large, clear sowing table is placed above the gearbox. It is possible to perform a spinning test to accurately set the sowing norm
  • Running wheels
    Standard tires 6×16 guarantee good driving properties
    For the version with an extension, 10.0/80–12 wheels are recommended to provide greater support, especially on lighter soils

    A massive loading platform covering the full width of the machine facilitates mechanical loading of the seeder

    Massive steps make it easier to enter the loading platform
  • Tube for instructions
    A special tube for the user instructions for the seeder is attached to the seeder’s frame at the hitch system
