RCW PLUS H

RCW PLUS is designed for large farms, where efficiency and effectiveness are most important. RCW PLUS fertilizer tanks have a capacity of 10,000 to 12,000 liters, and their rich standard equipment makes even the basic versions of the machines simple and convenient to operate. The H versions are 25 cm higher than the standard ones, thus reducing losses during passage in technological paths. In the models of this series, an optional boom for applying powdered fertilizers can be installed, which allows for precise application of finely ground lime. UNIA is the only manufacturer in the country offering such a solution.

Uniform material flow

  • Steep tank walls
    The optimal angle of inclination of the walls ensures uniform sliding of the fertilizer even on hilly terrain. Inside the tank above the dosing belt, there is a frame that prevents lime from compacting, and the mesh breaks up clumps and protects the spreading system.
  • Belt conveyor
    The three-times reinforced fabric-rubber conveyor ensures a uniform supply of material to the spreading discs and protects the fertilizer from damage. The conical roller system prevents belt misalignment, and a screw adjustment with a tensioner facilitates setting the tension.
  • Hydraulic drive of the conveyor
    The belt conveyor is controlled by a hydraulic gearbox. The PILOT JOY controller allows smooth acceleration or deceleration of the belt speed.

Precise spreading system

  • Spreading discs
    Two sets of discs are available as standard: for lime and for granules, as well as an edge disc.
  • Spreading mechanism
    The mechanism consists of two stainless steel discs driven by the PTO. Two-bladed plates for granular fertilizers and five-bladed ones for powdered fertilizers and lime are available, and the spreading width is set by the angle of the blades.
  • Limiter (option)
    The limiter allows for the best precision of sowing at field boundaries.

Comfort of work and crop protection

  • Hydraulic tarpaulin (option)
    Protects the fertilizer from getting wet and allows work to continue even in the rain.
  • Chassis
    Large wheels reduce rolling resistance and pressure on the ground, which protects the soil structure. A large ground clearance protects plants from damage during high fertilization.
  • Suspended drawbar
    Reduces shocks transmitted to the tractor hitch, which increases the operator’s comfort.
