TYTAN 30 / 36
TYTAN 30 / 36 are spreaders designed for intensive work in very large farms. Their design focuses on maximum efficiency and reliability in difficult conditions. A key advantage is the three-axle chassis that not only allows operation in demanding terrain but also greatly facilitates maneuvering on headlands thanks to the steering, self-adjusting axles on the 1st and 3rd. These models stand out for their ability to transport large volumes of materials and their versatile use – not only as manure, lime, or chicken litter spreaders but also as bulk trailers for harvesting green forage, which leads to real cost reductions in the farm. The solid, tub-shaped design and sprung drawbar further increase the comfort and safety of work, even under full load.
Stability and comfort of work
- Chassis
The use of a 3-axle chassis allows the spreader to operate even in heavy field conditions. The spreader also handles turning or maneuvering on headlands successfully thanks to the use of a steering (self-aligning) axle on the 1st and 3rd axles. - Suspended drawbar
The drawbar is hung on an adjustable longitudinal leaf spring which perfectly cushions unevenness and increases comfort of work and transport. - Tub-shaped cargo box
The solid, tight tub-shaped construction and strong chassis guarantee failure-free operation and optimal weight distribution.
Precision of dosing and versatility
- Hydraulic valve
The hydraulically lifted valve separates the cargo box from the adapter, which during the spreader’s operation prevents the mass from pressing against the adapter’s drum. This allows for a smooth start and uniform spreading of the material from the beginning of work. - Versatility
The valve enables the universal application of the spreader, e.g., for transporting bulk materials, which increases the functionality of the machine.

- Conveyor drive
The floor conveyor is hydraulically driven, allowing for smooth adjustment of the transport speed. This drive enhances flexibility and accuracy in dosing the material (e.g., manure, peat, lime) onto the spreading device. - Robust chain conveyor
The conveyor consists of four chains made of high-quality steel with a diameter of 14 mm. Along with special scraping bars, it is adapted to transport large loads.
