ATLAS II HP
The ATLAS II HP series consists of semi-mounted aggregates designed for pre-sowing soil cultivation. The modular structure allows for the selection of equipment that guarantees optimal cultivation results in all soil conditions. Choosing from several ways to aggregate with a tractor and an optional braking system guarantees versatility of application and safety during transport. Two pairs of cylinders and an additional transport lock for maximum reliability.
Different sections of teeth – one machine, many possibilities
- Two cultivation sections
With a working width of the serrated undercutting 260 mm. - Section SX cultivation – 45 × 260 mm
Spring tooth with additional reinforcing spring, width of serrated undercutting 260 mm. Cultivation section SZ – 45 × 25 × 260 mm, tooth working rigidly with a screw protection, serrated undercutting width 260 mm. - Three-row serrated section
Tooth SE 32×12×175 mm. Cultivation section SE – 32 × 12 × 175 mm, spring tooth with additional reinforcing spring 32 × 10 mm, serrated undercutting width 175 mm.
Effective soil working at each stage of work
- Alternating crosskill roll
One of the most important components of cultivation aggregates are the rear rolls that work the soil. The ATLAS II P and ATLAS II HP aggregates have a standard with double strung rolls, and for an additional fee – a double alternating crosskill roll with a diameter of 400 mm. The roll is built from cast iron rings – the first row of rings goes between the second, creating a self-cleaning alternating structure. This type of solution is particularly recommended for heavy and sticky soils. - Rear strung roll
When equipping the machine with an alternating roll, we offer – instead of the rear leveling bar – a strung roll with a diameter of 300 mm. The small diameter of the roll allows for even better crushing and leveling of compacted soil.
Effective leveling with adjustment adapted to conditions
- Front shovel
Instead of the front bar, we can use a spring shovel with hydraulic adjustment. Each working element has interchangeable caps.
