VIS ON LAND
VIS ON LAND is a semi-suspended plow designed for plowing on level ground, which can work with a tractor equipped with tracks or twin wheels. Intended for tractors with a power of 160-400 HP for performing medium and deep plowing without a furrow.
Plows prepared for work in two technologies. In the traditional plowing technology, work is done in a furrow, while in ON LAND technology, work is done on level ground. Equipped with LONG bodies characterized by low resistance during plowing, providing precise covering of crop residues.

- Transport system damping
During transport on unpaved or paved roads, we encounter unevenness, holes, or ruts formed in the surface. When the support wheel falls into such an unevenness, it causes lifting and bouncing of the plow upward, which upon falling back onto the road can lead to damage to the suspension elements, transport system, tires, frame, etc. Thanks to the application of damping, we ensure that the wheel will remain in contact with the road throughout the entire transport, and the damper effectively absorbs all unevenness, thus extending the life of the plow. - Transport locks
During transport on public roads, we install mechanical transport locks. We set the plow in an upright position, close the ball valves, apply the locks, and we can safely move on the road. - Hydraulic adjustment of the first body
The mechanical adjustment (screw) can be replaced with hydraulic by equipping the plow with a cylinder – available for an additional fee. Adjustments can then be conveniently made without leaving the tractor, directly from the cabin. - Jack
A hoist that is standard equipment of the plow. Indispensable in the case of wheel or hub failure – both in the field and on the road. We do not need a loader or hoist – a jack is sufficient, allowing for quick and simple wheel replacement. - Hydraulic mode switching
The Vis On Land plow was designed to work in two modes. The first is traditional plowing in the furrow, the second – ON LAND technology, which is plowing on level ground. During operation in the ON LAND system, cooperation with the GPS system is essential, enabling precise guidance of the set.
Effective plowing in any soil conditions
- BIG LONG body with a scraper
Longer and higher rear board. Performs excellently in all types of soil. The design of the body and the specially shaped rear board ensure effective covering of crop residues and spread manure. Optimal angles of the blade cutting edge, shape, and appropriate position of the wing of the rear board minimize working resistance. Allows for wide furrowing, which prevents the soil slice from being squashed by the tractor wheels. Allows for work at depths of over 30 cm. - Long slotted body with a scraper
Works well on very heavy, clay, and cohesive soils. The slotted construction provides very good soil crumbling while simultaneously reducing the resistance experienced during work. Recommended for sticky soils that stick to working elements, such as wings of the rear board.
Reliable protection of bodies in any conditions
- Safety protection
Effective protection with a shear bolt. A special design of the bolt with two notches spaced apart guarantees quick operation when an obstacle is encountered. Remember – always use original safety bolts. - Non-stop leaf spring protection (version S)
Maintenance-free NON STOP protection based on leaf springs enables effective tilting of the body and return to the set working depth. Recommended for heavily stony soils with a lot of obstacles in the field. The resistance force of the protection can be increased by adding additional leaves to the given model of the plow – for example, to the basic 5-leaf protection, a package of 2 reinforcing leaves can be added, creating a 7-leaf package, recommended for medium and medium-heavy soils.
